PSHE

Vision

Our intent is for our PSHE curriculum to enable children to develop skills and attributes including teamwork, resilience and the ability to understand the wider world and their place in their community. We intend to implement this in a variety of ways, including activities and class discussions. The impact is that the children of our school we be well-rounded, respectful and confident individuals.

From September 2020 the curriculum will be developed following Statutory guidance on Relationships and Health Education.

Through our Christian Values of Courage, Creativity and Respect, we will create a nurturing environment which fosters curiosity and an achievement culture for all. We will pursue high expectations in both pupils’ learning and their personal development within our supportive and friendly environment with a strong community ethos. Through an adaptive and child-centred curriculum, we will meet the needs of each individual to prepare them for their future.
